Orwell House is built on the site of the former Clench House, which was a Suffolk County Council Care Home that had reached the end of its days as a viable elderly care facility.

We demolished the original buildings in order to replace them with a brand new, purpose built elderly care centre.

Orwell House is an attractive, well designed two storey building set in beautifully landscaped grounds with 3 inner courtyards and a number of water features.
