Jill has a wealth of experience, having worked with us for well over a decade.
She has completed her NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and has an NVQ level 2 in Catering.

Alison Scott

Senior Care Officer
Alison has 25 years experience in care in both Residential and Nursing Homes. She joined Orwell House in April 2007 as a Care Assistant and has progressed to being one of our senior staff.
Alison has NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care

Vicci Fox

Senior Care Assistant
Vicci has worked in social care since 2001, when she began her career with Suffolk Social Services. Vicci has worked here at Orwell House since we opened in 2006.
She has NVQ levels 2, 3, and 4 in Health and Social Care and has a particular interest in Dementia Care and activities.

Amanda Shelley

Senior Care Assistant
Amanda has worked in Social Care since 2007, when she worked in domiciliary care. She moved to Orwell House in 2009.
Amanda has NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social care. She has taken on the role of ‘Falls Champion’ at Orwell House, liaising with the NHS Falls Prevention Team.
